The EdChoice Expansion Scholarship Program provides state-funded scholarships to K-12 students based on the family's size and income. The funds received from the State may only be used to pay tuition to a private school.

Scholarships are awarded based on the Adjusted Gross Income (AGI) of the family's household.  If a family's income is at or below 450% of the Federal Poverty Level, they will be awarded the maximum scholarship amount (limited to the actual tuition charged).  For families at or above 451%, the award is reduced (limited to the actual tuition charged).
