Please follow the steps below to apply to Saint Raphael School. These steps are for new students only.

  • Apply to Saint Raphael School

    Applications for the 2026-2027 school year are now open for new students applying to Saint Raphael School. Current students should wait until the re-enrollment period in the spring to register for the next grade.


    1. Log In/Create your Application Account


    New Families: 

    • create your Application Account here 
    • FACTS will send a confirmation email after you register for an Application Account. You must confirm your account via this email.
    • Once confirmed, complete the online application and be sure to click the SUBMIT button.

    Current SRS Families: 

    • Log in to your existing Family Portal account and navigate to the Application/Enrollment section.
    • Complete the online application and be sure to click the SUBMIT button.

    2. Bring the following items to the School Office to be copied and returned:


    New Kindergarten Students:

    • Original Birth Certificate
    • Original Baptismal Certificate

    New Students Grades 1-7:

    • Original Birth Certificate
    • Original Baptismal Certificate
    • Complete Release of School Records and return to your current school office
    • Current school year report card
    • Previous school year report card
    • Most recent two years of standardized assessment results (i.e. NWEA MAP, OST, AIR, etc.)
    • Copy of IEP/ISP or Accommodation Plan if applicable

  • New Student Admission Policy


    Students new to Saint Raphael School will be admitted to the school following the criteria listed below:


    Kindergarten

    • Siblings of current students.
    • Students without siblings in the school who are currently participating in the Parish preschool religion program. 
    • If necessary, the students will be ranked according to the length of time their parents have been registered parishioners.
    • Students without siblings in the school who are not participating in the Parish preschool religion program will be ranked according to the length of time their parents have been registered parishioners.
    • Children must be five years old no later than August 1st, 2026.

    Grades 1 - 7

    • Siblings of current students will be admitted to the extent there are openings available in the requested grade. 
    • If necessary, the student will be ranked according to the length of time their parents have been registered parishioners.
    • Students without siblings in the school will be admitted to the extent there are openings available in the requested grade. 
    • If necessary, the student will be ranked according to the length of time their parents have been registered parishioners.
    • A review of records and family interview with the Administration will be conducted before the student is admitted to Saint Raphael School.

Re-Enroll Current Students

Re-enrollment begins in the spring of the current school year. When re-enrollment opens, the school will send families notices and re-enroll information (steps are also listed below).

  • Re-Enroll Current Students

    Follow the steps below to re-enroll for next school year.


    1. Families should re-enroll using the Saint Raphael FACTS Family Portal
    2. After logging in, navigate to the section titled APPLY/ENROLL
    3. Choose ENROLLMENT/RE-ENROLLMENT
    4. Complete and submit an Enrollment Packet for EACH student attending Saint Raphael School.
