Students who received an EdChoice Scholarship for the current school year may apply for the upcoming school year EdChoice Scholarship by completing the renewal form. Income verification is not necessary unless the family wishes its Federal Poverty Level to be reconsidered.  If you are new to Saint Raphael School or have not previously received an EdChoice Scholarship through Saint Raphael School, please click here.
