Ohio EdChoice Scholarship Request

Students who are new to the school, including Kindergarten, and students who did not receive an EdChoice Scholarship for the 2023-2024 school year may apply for a 2024-2025 EdChoice Scholarship by completing the request form.  If you received an EdChoice Scholarship through Saint Raphael School for the 2023-2024 school year, please click here for the EdChoice Scholarship Renewal page.
