Ohio EdChoice Scholarship Request

Students who are new to the school, including Kindergarten, and students who did not receive an EdChoice Scholarship for the current school year may apply for the upcoming school year EdChoice Scholarship by completing the request form.  If you received an EdChoice Scholarship through Saint Raphael School for the current school year, please click here for the EdChoice Scholarship Renewal page.
